Our products leave our facilities perfectly protected for the transit so that they arrive in an optimal conditions. To avoid temperature changes during transit time that can affect the qualities of the product, we pack them inside isothermal boxes, adding cold packs whenever needed. 

This ensures that the products will not suffer temperature extremes that could alter its texture, aroma or flavour

Delivery Terms

For orders within Spain: delivery in 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on your specific location.

Only shipments to European Union Countries. (delivery period between 4 and 6 days)

Orders placed before 11: 30h from Monday to Friday will be sent the same day, unless the product preparation processes do not allow it or the transport company does not make collections due to its calendar.

Return Policy

We do everything possible so that the product reaches our customers in the best conditions.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products received, you have a period of 7 days, from the day you received your order, to contact us at customers@antoniomata.com or by phone at +34 96 424 77 24 and make a return, just let us know and we will send a courier to collect the package and evaluate it at our facilities.
In this evaluation, the condition of the product and the difference in weight between the product sent and the returned product will be checked in case it is required to make a payment or a replacement.
In case of product break during shipping, you must provide photographs where the box where you received your order and the broken product can be clearly seen and all its angles. Following this evaluation of the package or images, you can choose from the following options:
- Refund of the product or the difference between the product sent and the product returned via bank transfer.
- Replacement of the product and its forwarding by Antonio Mata.
