CHARACTERISTICS
Bright red in color, with creamy, white and aromatic fat. It is presented filleted in precisely cut slices so that it continues to maintain its characteristics, both its aroma and its flavor, and vacuum packed, thus preserving all its tones on the palate. This piece is obtained from the opposite end of the ham hoof, it is the most flavorful and intense part, its slices are narrow and with a large amount of infiltrated fat.
ELABORATION
Casa Mata hams are made entirely in the province of Teruel with 50% Duroc breed pigs, fed with natural products without chemical additives and a minimum curing time of 14 months.
CONSERVATION
Vacuum-packaged ham can be kept for up to 3 months in perfect conditions in the refrigerator. It is recommended to open the sachet 10 minutes before consuming it so that the slices can air out, recover all their flavor and you can separate them easily without breaking them.
