CHARACTERISTICS
Of a dark and bright red color and with a greater presence of fat, the Antonio Mata Reserve Shoulder has a softer texture and a more intense aroma than that of ham. It is presented filleted in vacuum-packed slices, thus preserving all its virtues. This piece is obtained from the front leg of Duroc pigs and its slices are narrow with a slightly sweet flavor.
ELABORATION
Antonio Mata Ham-Shoulders are made with Duroc breed pigs, fed with natural products without chemical additives.
CONSERVATION
The vacuum-packed Antonio Mata Shoulder can be kept for up to 3 months in perfect conditions in the refrigerator. It is recommended to open the sachet 10 minutes before consuming it so that the slices can air out, recover all their flavor and you can separate them easily without breaking them.
