Bright red in color, with creamy, white and aromatic fat. It is presented in a 1kg (approx.) format, vacuum packed, thus preserving all its tones on the palate. This piece is obtained from the end opposite the hoof of the ham, it is the most flavorful and intense part.
ELABORATION
Antonio Mata reserve hams are made entirely in the province of Teruel with Duroc breed pigs fed with natural products without chemical additives and a minimum curing time of 14 months.
CONSERVATION
Vacuum-packaged ham can be kept for up to 3 months in perfect conditions in the refrigerator.
