CARACTERÍSTICAS
The 50% Iberico Monteparra center ham is presented filleted in precisely cut slices so that it continues to maintain its characteristics and vacuum packed, thus preserving all its tones on the palate. This piece is the central part of the ham, the juiciest and with the most infiltrated fat, its slices are larger and less salty.
ELABORACIÓN
Cebo Monteparra Iberico ham is made from pigs with a minimum of 50% Iberian breed (100% Iberian mother and Duroc father) raised on farms and fed with natural feed.
CONSERVACIÓN
Vacuum-packaged ham can be kept for up to 3 months in perfect conditions in the refrigerator. It is recommended to open the sachet 10 minutes before consuming it so that the slices can air out, recover all their flavor and you can separate them easily without breaking them.
