CHARACTERISTICS
The grass-fed Monteparra ham made from 50% Iberian pork has a more intense flavor and a greater amount of infiltrated fat than the grain-fed ham. It is presented filleted in precisely cut slices so that it continues to maintain its characteristics and vacuum packaged, thus preserving all its tones on the palate.
This piece is obtained from the opposite end of the ham hoof, it is the most flavorful and intense part, its slices are narrow and with a large amount of infiltrated fat.
ELABORATION
The grass-fed Monteparra Iberico ham is made from pigs with a minimum of 50% Iberian breed (100% Iberian mother and Duroc father) raised, for the first months, on a farm fed with natural feed and, later, in freedom with natural pastures.
CONSERVATION
Vacuum-packaged ham can be kept for up to 3 months in perfect conditions in the refrigerator. It is recommended to open the sachet 10 minutes before consuming it so that the slices can air out, recover all their flavor and you can separate them easily without breaking them.
