CHARACTERISTICS
With a mild flavor and intense aroma characteristic of the Iberian breed, Cebo ham has slightly fibrous meat and infiltrated fat that is white, shiny and tasty.
ELABORATION
The Monteparra grain-fed ham is made from pigs with a minimum of 50% Iberian breed (100% Iberian mother and Duroc father) raised on a farm and fed with natural feed, its curing time ranges between 24 and 36 months depending on the size of the piece. Processes certified by the white label granted by the regulatory council.
