ELABORACIÓN
Castro González, a company located in Guijuelo (Salamanca), has been dedicated to the manufacture of products from pigs since 1910, obtaining unique pieces thanks to the wise combination of a natural animal diet, breeding in an ideal climate, and a completely artisanal long-lasting curing system., obtaining from each of the pieces the delicate aromas and flavors that will constitute its unmistakable personality.
