Inferior in size, but not in qualities. The grass-fed 50% Iberico shoulder shares most of its characteristics with ham but have a more penetrating flavor, great aromatic intensity and very tasty fat.

CARACTERÍSTICAS
Paletilla de gran intensidad aromática, con una sutil combinación de vetas de magro y numerosas infiltraciones de grasa muy sabrosa. Esta pieza se obtiene de la pata delantera de cerdos con un mínimo del 50% de raza ibérica.
ELABORACIÓN
The grass-fed iberico shoulder is made from pigs with a minimum of 50% of the Iberian breed (100% Iberian mother and Duroc father) raised, in the first months, on a farm fed with natural feed and, later, in freedom with natural grasses, its curing time ranges between 28 and 36 months depending on the size of the piece. Processes certified by the green label granted by the regulatory council.
CONSERVACIÓN
The vacuum-packed Iberian Cebo Campo Shoulder can be kept for up to 3 months in perfect conditions in the refrigerator. It is recommended to open 10 minutes before consuming it to enjoy all its properties.
